Role OverviewAs a Client Engagement Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and responsive experience for our clients, partners, and internal teams. You'll serve as a primary point of contact, handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You'll also monitor and manage the Intake Outlook mailbox throughout the day to ensure timely responses and follow-through.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include serving as a primary point of contact, handling inbound calls, monitoring and managing the Intake Outlook mailbox, opening and organizing new case files, preparing and sending intake documentation, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients, lienholders, and internal teams.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent considered with strong experience
- 1+ year of customer-facing or client service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfort with data entry, spreadsheets, or basic reporting
- Strong database and case management skills
- A professional, positive, and client-focused demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
