Role OverviewResponsible for retaining existing business and growing assigned group of accounts. Collaborates with client teams and internal resources to deliver services promised. Works closely with Senior Client Executives to manage account activity and book of business.
What You Will Do
Develops and executes account strategy with clients and Oswald professionals. Directs cost-effective benefit solutions, oversees claims and loss control, and pursues innovative alternatives. Ensures assigned service team maintains existing account base and identifies opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

Requirements
- College degree (advantage but not required)
- Life, Health & Accident License
- At least 5 to 10 years of industry knowledge
- Strong sales aptitude and personal characteristics
