We are seeking a dynamic Client Experience Coordinator to manage phone-based communication, administrative functions, and client needs in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Prior administrative, customer service, or call center experience
