Job Description
The Client Experience Specialist (CXS) will support the Client Experience team to improve retention and growth by offering excellent client support throughout the policy lifecycle. They will interact with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Underwriting, and Claims, to resolve service, system/technology, and premium audit-related issues. This role focuses on customer experience, audits, and contributing to an efficient and compliant workflow.

Requirements

  • Apply knowledge and auditing skills to review/analyze previously completed Workers’ Compensation audits.
  • Communicate audit results and required information to external stakeholders.
  • Triage external client assistance and escalate audit concerns.
  • Coordinate conference calls with external clients and Premium Audit.
  • Demonstrate the value of AmTrust’s Portal for external clients.
