Role Overview

The Client Funds Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage and protect the personal funds of individuals receiving services, combining nonprofit finance, accounts payable, and client fund administration to ensure financial resources are handled accurately, responsibly, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Manage and reconcile client funds accounts, process payments, prepare monthly statements, reconcile financial reports, and coordinate payments for room and board, pharmacy expenses, and personal purchases.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, invoicing, bookkeeping, or related financial operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and other business applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
