Role OverviewPawnee Mental Health is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to support clients in achieving positive outcomes. The Client Liaison will provide excellent customer service, explain online registration availability, and process new service inquiries. They will work with Office Supervisors to maintain the current roster of credentialed therapists and develop protocols based on availability and preferred population served.
What You Will Do
The Client Liaison will provide administrative support, conduct administrative interviews, gather demographic, medical, and financial information, and determine client eligibility for a sliding fee. They will also explain monthly payment and/or sliding fee scale options, collect and verify confidential proof of income and expenses, and arrange for prior authorization of services when required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic personal computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
- Prior experience or ability to learn to operate and assist with maintaining office equipment such as a postage machine, copier/scanner/fax machine, and folding machine
