Client Onboarding Manager

The Client Onboarding Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for the launch of project-based staffing services, leading projects from concept to execution to post-launch. This role partners closely with internal teams and healthcare clients to deliver exceptional service, achieve project objectives, and ensure operational excellence throughout the implementation of our staffing services.

What You Will Do

Act as the initial primary point of contact to manage and oversee staffing projects from kickoff to launch. Lead cross-functional project teams, drive accountability, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of key milestones. Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients by providing strategic guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of external client-facing experience with demonstrated success managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Experience leading projects and driving results through cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to influence and gain alignment across stakeholders while skillfully managing conflict, navigating complex conversations, and driving resolution
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships internally and externally
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
