Job Description
Direct Counsel seeks a Client Receivables Specialist to manage delinquent accounts, partner with billing attorneys, and improve A/R performance in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Requirements

  • Manage and assist with collections, with an emphasis on delinquent accounts
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and billing attorneys regarding A/R status
  • Provide regular inventory updates and forecasts to billing attorneys
  • Identify A/R trends and develop action plans to reduce aged receivables
  • Collaborate with billing, credit, cash applications, and finance teams
  • Support firm policies aimed at improving inventory turnover and minimizing write-offs
