Role OverviewThe Client Relationship Associate Director will assist the department Director in developing department strategy and team building, ensuring a high standard of service to clients, and managing key client relationships. The role requires expertise in aligning, managing, and enhancing client relationships while maintaining an overview of client portfolio from an operational and financial perspective.

Responsibilities include ensuring consistent and outstanding quality against department deliverables, managing customer relationships, and leading teams towards successfully achieving customer deliverables. The role also involves managing standard operating procedures, overseeing Quality Control procedures, and conducting capacity planning.
