Client Relationship Leader is responsible for driving successful outcomes and ROI for large enterprise customers, delivering US Retirement and Benefits outsourcing solutions, and growing portfolio by delivering sales against quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of strategic client management experience
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in multiple facets of a benefits program delivery
  • Proven analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards as they apply to Benefits, Pension and Retirement Plans
  • Availability to travel within the US
