Job Description
The Client Retention Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients to retain them and increase their adoption of Stretto products and services.

Requirements

  • Serve as the relationship manager and primary point of contact for assigned client list.
  • Provide competitor information and trends related to assigned accounts.
  • Process payments and address inquiries for consumer-bankruptcy solutions.
  • Cross-promote software features and due-diligence products to clients.
  • Assist with data-product integration and product purchases within the software.
  • Maintain client activity logs for cross-promotion/upsell opportunities.
  • Remain compliant with credit-bureau security and training requirements.
  • Participate in Stretto training sessions for professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
