Role Overview

The Client Service Coordinator drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical team, and ensures good communication with associates and clients.

What You Will Do

Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients, educate them about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and pet health needs, and assist with administrative functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year related experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Medical background with medical terminology training preferred
