The Client Services Representative delivers best-in-class client experience, sales, and service solutions while handling teller transactions. They create a positive client relationship by effectively communicating the benefits of Atlantic Union Bank's products and services.

Requirements

  • Represent the Bank to clients, prospects, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional service in person and by telephone/email
  • Open new Business and Consumer accounts and provide information to new and prospective clients
  • Partner with other lines of business to identify/refer client needs
  • Process transactions in person and via telephone/email
  • Perform all duties of a Teller
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels
