Job Description
The Client Service Representative role requires delivering best-in-class client experience, sales/service solutions, and handling teller transactions. The position involves creating a positive client relationship by effectively communicating the benefits of Atlantic Union Bank's products and services.

Requirements

  • Represent the Bank to clients, prospects, and guests in person, by telephone, or by email in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Bank services, products, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete forms and other required documents and follow Bank policies and procedures.
  • Process transactions in person and via telephone/email to include loan payments, account transfers, and address changes.
  • Perform all duties of a Teller to include providing excellent client experience, performing basic client and cash transactions, balancing cash each day, and identifying referral opportunities.
