Job Description
The Client Services Representative role requires delivering best-in-class client experience, sales/service solutions, and handling teller transactions. The position involves representing the bank to clients, prospects, and guests, providing exceptional service, and explaining bank products and services.

Requirements

  • Represent the bank to clients, prospects, and guests in person, by telephone, or by email
  • Greet and provide exceptional service in person and by telephone/email
  • Provide accurate information regarding Bank services, products, policies, and procedures
  • Open new Business and Consumer accounts and provide information to new and prospective clients
  • Partner with other lines of business to identify/refer client needs
  • Complete forms and other required documents and follow Bank policies and procedures
  • Process transactions in person and via telephone/email
  • Perform all duties of a Teller
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
  • Identify risk and escalate concerns through proper channels
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels
  • Perform other duties as assigned
