Requirements

  • 2-4 years customer service and/or account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customer contacts at all levels
  • Proactive mindset, ability to think strategically and identify opportunities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven experience with MS Office including strong Excel
