Job Description
Client Services Associate, New Member Experience: Create premium level experiences at Fenway Park for first-year premium members, fulfill Red Sox Rewards and promotional items, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Ability to commit to July 2026 - July 2027 timeline
35 hours a week throughout the year-long position
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, business or marketing related fields
Experience with Salesforce or a CRM based platform, Qualtrics and ProVenue or ticket based program
