Role Overview

This role supervises consumer credit dispute investigations to ensure adherence with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Responsibilities include training, coaching and developing team members while ensuring all operational and compliance targets are met.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership to a team of credit dispute investigators, supervise consumer credit dispute processes, support the Legal Department in investigating pre-litigation demands, and mitigate risk associated with consumer credit reporting.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of overall work experience, with preferred experience in business, collections, credit, customer service, and management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and PC skills are required.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum of 4 years of overall work experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience with compliance and FCRA guidelines preferred
  • 1 year of experience with LEMANS, CASS, RMS preferred
  • 1 year of experience with ALFA, OnPoint, FAW required
