Job Description
The Client Services Manager is responsible for negotiating, creating, approving, and implementing national projects for clients and retailers within Product Connections. This role focuses on project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, up-selling, and invoicing. It also involves providing service excellence and assisting organization in achieving a service excellence culture.
Requirements
Developing national sales plans for clients and retailers.
Achieving annual client budgets.
Establishing, maintaining client relationships.
Facilitating and loading retail projects.
Monitoring and reporting project results.
Collaborating with Field Support and Retail Management.
Ensuring accurate billing and timely invoice processing.
Maintaining accuracy of authorized client billing form.
