Job Description
The Client Services Manager is responsible for negotiating, creating, approving, and implementing national projects for clients and retailers within Product Connections. This role focuses on project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, up-selling, and invoicing. It also involves providing service excellence and assisting organization in achieving a service excellence culture.
