Role OverviewThe Client Services Professional Floater plays a dual role, supporting both teller operations and new account services, providing high-quality customer service at the teller line and new accounts desk, while traveling within an assigned region to support multiple banking centers as needed.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional customer service, accurately process teller transactions, maintain and reconcile cash drawer, open new accounts, promote bank products and services, follow compliance guidelines, support sales efforts, and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of teller experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type and use a ten-key calculator
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong math aptitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed
- Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods
