Job Description
Client Services Specialist for the Division of Tenant & Owner Resources. Provides customer service to HPD clients via phone, email, and in person, ensuring accurate screening of participant cases, providing updates and guidance, and documenting information in relevant databases.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Experience with Section 8 or other rental subsidy programs is a plus
