Job Description
The Client Site Liaison II position involves working at a client site, interacting with clients, and resolving issues related to specimen submissions. The individual will process ARUP specimens, prepare them for transport, and provide information to clients regarding specimen requirements, fees, and turnaround times. The position requires familiarity with regulatory agency requirements and the ability to maintain records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Pour off, label and process ARUP specimens as they become available in accordance with the specimen handling section of the ARUP test directory
  • Prepare ARUP specimens for transport to ARUP in accordance with DOT and IATA guidelines
  • Hold a current Certification of Completion for Handling, Packing and Shipping Infectious Substances
