Job Description
We are looking for a sales & customer service-centric, analytically minded, and detail-oriented Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our SMB Growth Team. As the CSM, you will partner with a Brand Partnerships Manager on your book of business to drive revenue by identifying opportunities and leveraging data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in an account management and/or client service role within digital marketing and/or advertising
  • Experience managing complex client and campaign issues
  • Experience analyzing campaign delivery, diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
