This is a full-time, on-site position within the legal field, offering training and exposure to federal law. Legal experience is not required, but customer service experience is beneficial. The role involves handling mail, customer inquiries, and processing immigration-related requests.

Requirements

  • Finalize, scan, bind, and ship legal packages.
  • Sorting and delivering incoming mail.
  • Answering telephone calls and emails.
  • Handle client queries.
  • Prepare and submit USCIS service requests.
  • Prepare cover letters and mailing duplicates.
  • Handle customer messages in the CMS system.
