RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to client inquiries and manage casework via shared support inbox, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Communicate turnaround times and provide regular status updates to maintain service excellence

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the bswift platform through root cause analysis, testing, and accurate documentation

  • Conduct training for HR and broker users, educating on best practices, system capabilities, and troubleshooting

  • Support system maintenance including QA changes, demographic file monitoring, ACA reporting, audits, and form generation

  • Document issues, causes, and solutions while recommending process improvements and platform enhancements

  • Collaborate with CSMs and internal teams to refine procedures and deliver consistent, high-quality client support


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience with the bswift platform (backend knowledge and site configuration) 
  • 1+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure system accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing abilities
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Zoho or similar) preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suites, including Excel (pivot tables, vLookups, etc.)

This job is fully remote.

Hourly range is $27 to $30 per hour.
