Role OverviewThe Client Success Specialist will serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them get the most value from our products and services while strengthening relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses, and anticipating their needs. The Specialist will work closely with teams across Lyons and Autoscribe to ensure a seamless and consistently positive experience for clients.
What You Will Do
The Client Success Specialist will build relationships with clients, serve as a primary point of contact, and maintain proactive communication to monitor client satisfaction and overall account health. The Specialist will identify opportunities for clients to gain additional value through Lyons products, services, and capabilities, and will help clients and their relationships with Lyons grow.

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, relationship management, client services, or another client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with agreements, billing, revenue, and account information.
- Experience working within a CRM or similar client management platform.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, data services, or another B2B technology environment is a plus.
