Job Description
Surgical Information Systems (SIS) is seeking a Client Support Analyst Tier I to provide technical support to clients via telephone and email. The position requires managing client questions and concerns, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and communicating with clients to deliver successful issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Manage client questions and concerns through a ticketing system
  • Provide clear and concise communications to clients
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot cases by searching for solutions and providing education
  • Assist in the creation of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for Support team
  • Maintain detailed records on client work
