Job Description
Client Support Analyst Tier I responsible for providing technical support to clients via telephone and email, managing client questions and concerns, and troubleshooting cases. Must have knowledge of computers and electronics, customer service, and active listening skills. Experience with medical billing, coding, A/R and/or collections is a plus.

Requirements

  • Manage client questions and concerns through a ticketing system
  • Provide clear and concise communications to clients
  • Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot cases
  • Assist in the creation of Knowledge Base Articles for Support team
