Role OverviewAs a Client Support Provider, you will work directly with youth and adults experiencing mental health or behavioral health challenges. You will provide skill-building, emotional support, and peer-based encouragement to help individuals build stability, independence, and confidence in their lives.
What You Will Do
Provide direct services and peer support to children and adults in homes, schools, and community settings. Develop and implement individual and group activities based on person-centered treatment plans. Advocate for client rights, dignity, and community inclusion.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Lived experience with a behavioral health or mental health condition and demonstrated stable recovery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and required insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
