Role OverviewThe Client Support Specialist is a highly visible, participant-facing member of the Care Campus team who proactively engages participants, identifies needs, connects people to services, and supports continuity between participants, Case Management, Safety, and other programs.
What You Will Do
Maintain an active presence in participant-facing areas, build respectful, trusting relationships, and provide warm handoffs to case management, healthcare, behavioral health, hygiene, benefits, housing, and other resources.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Two or more years of experience in homeless services, outreach, service navigation, case-management support, healthcare navigation, peer support, or another direct-service setting preferred. Experience working directly with individuals experiencing homelessness and complex service needs strongly preferred.
