Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist at Georgia HOPE, you'll work directly with individuals and families in their everyday environments, helping them build skills, access resources, and move toward greater independence and stability. You'll provide hands-on, community-based support to children, adolescents, or adults with behavioral health needs, building trust with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Your work will be relationship-driven, skill-focused, and centered on helping clients achieve sustainable progress.

What You Will Do

Deliver community-based support services in homes and other real-world settings, meeting clients where they are. Maintain regular contact with assigned clients, including both in-person and phone-based support, to monitor needs and progress. Teach coping strategies, emotional regulation, and daily living skills to promote independence and symptom management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with at least two years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based work
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with mental health or behavioral health needs preferred
