Role OverviewAs a Client Support Specialist at Georgia HOPE, you'll work directly with individuals and families in their everyday environments, helping them build skills, access resources, and move toward greater independence and stability. You'll provide hands-on, community-based support to children, adolescents, or adults with behavioral health needs, helping them achieve sustainable progress. Your work will be relationship-driven, skill-focused, and centered on helping clients achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Deliver community-based support services in homes and other real-world settings, maintain regular contact with assigned clients, review client history and treatment plans, support clients in developing and achieving goals, teach coping strategies and daily living skills, and connect clients to community resources.

Requirements
- High School Diploma with at least two years of relevant experience
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with mental health or behavioral health needs preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based work
