Buckland is seeking a Client Support Specialist to ensure exceptional client experiences by supporting account management, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline.
  • (CCS) Customs Certified Specialist Designation
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Custom Brokerage industry.
  • MS Office knowledge in applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
