Job Description
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Operations team in St. Louis Park. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a minimum of 2 years of similar or related banking experience.

Requirements

  • Assist with incoming calls and emails regarding inquires for the bank's digital, cash management and core systems
  • Provide clients, internal teams and vendors with responsive support and accurate service
  • Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure a full resolution
  • Monitor and document client's daily support needs and identify trends
  • Process client requests and approvals in accordance with bank procedures
  • Identify opportunities to promote interest in Bridgewater Bank's products and services
  • Adhere to Bridgewater's policies and procedures and maintain up to date on changes
