Job Description
The City and County of Denver seeks a Client Support Team Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the Client Support Team division. The ideal candidate will have highly desired, but not required: Possession of a peer support related certification: Colorado Peer & Family Specialist certificate/designation or a National Designation from NAADAC (NCPRSS) or Mental Health America – (CPRS).

Requirements

  • Supervises and develops staff to ensure the delivery of quality, client-centered services
  • Leads regular individual supervision and team meetings, ongoing training, and mentoring, for Peer Support Specialists (PSS) and the Bilingual Outreach Case Coordinator
  • Manages day-to-day administration of the Client Support Team (CST)
  • Develops and implements work plans, policies, procedures, schedules, and team calendar
  • Provides direct client support and coverage across adult and youth courtrooms, the Denver Detention Center, and OMPD's office
