Job Description
As a Client Transportation Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant, play an essential role in ensuring safe, timely, and supportive transportation to appointments, therapies, and activities, with a focus on quality care and service.

Requirements

  • Safely transport patients and residents to medical appointments, treatments, and approved outings
  • Assist individuals entering and exiting vehicles using proper lifting, transfer, and mobility techniques
  • Deliver hands-on CNA support including ADLs, personal care, and ambulation as needed
  • Complete transportation logs, mileage documentation, and schedules accurately and on time
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all transport vehicles
  • Demonstrate adherence to infection control, safety regulations, and PruittHealth policies
