What You Will Do
Responsibilities include: Transcribe patient referrals into the EMR system and index accompanying paperwork, Navigate patients through the referral process and manage all related tasks for the clinic care team, Perform patient registration, check-in and check-out.
Requirements
- Basic MS Word
- min. 35 wpm typing speed
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Six months clerical experience
- Preferred: 1 year clerical experience in a medical environment performing referrals and authorizations
