Job Description
Clinical Coordinator position at AppleGate Recovery, providing high-quality patient-centered treatment for addiction to prescription medications and other opioids. Responsible for ensuring quality care, monitoring patient treatment, and conducting internal program review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the behavioral health field
  • Appropriate work experience in the behavioral health field
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in care management for patients in substance abuse treatment facility
  • Maturity, leadership, and knowledge of counseling principles
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of typing, good writing, spelling, grammar, and organization skills
  • Ability to enforce company policies in regard to finances
  • Working knowledge of operation of telephone, fax machine, computer, computer programs, and copy machine
  • Strong work ethic
  • Confident in abilities to create relationships and organize tasks
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Flexible, able to pivot if necessary without being uncomfortable
  • Calm under deadlines
  • Ability to work and interact with staff at all levels throughout the organization
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
  • Satisfactory criminal background check
  • Satisfactory drug screen
