Role OverviewThe Design Specialist plays a key role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of Milan's clinics nationwide. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive interior design plans, ensuring every location meets Milan's high standards for aesthetics, efficiency, and compliance.
What You Will Do
Create detailed clinic design concepts, develop renderings, floor plans, and specifications, oversee projects from concept through completion, ensure timelines and budgets are met, manage multiple active projects simultaneously, conduct final walkthroughs to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Google Suite
- Experience with space planning, renderings, and material sourcing
- Knowledge of IBC and ADA compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for clinic setups
