Role Overview

The Clinic Director BCBA will drive the execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives, perform comprehensive initial assessments, and manage day-to-day operations. They will provide direct services to clients and their parents, communicate with treatment team members, and complete annual performance evaluations.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive initial assessments, managing day-to-day operations, providing direct services to clients and their parents, and communicating with treatment team members.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA, a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, and a BCBA license. They will be able to lift up to 35lbs, bend, and squat for up to an hour per day, and follow a child without restrictions throughout the center.

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
  • Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (required)
  • BCBA license
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs, bend, and squat for up to an hour per day
