Role OverviewThe Clinic Director BCBA will drive the execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives, perform comprehensive initial assessments, and manage day-to-day operations. They will provide direct services to clients and their parents, communicate with treatment team members, and complete annual performance evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA, a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, and a BCBA license. They will be able to lift up to 35lbs, bend, and squat for up to an hour per day, and follow a child without restrictions throughout the center.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
- Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (required)
- BCBA license
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs, bend, and squat for up to an hour per day
