Job Description
The Clinical Director oversees and manages the operations and administrative functions of their clinic, directly supervising clinicians and ensuring high-quality services to clients and families.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Lead BCBA, Supervisor or Senior Therapist
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Natural ability to interact with children
  • Critical thinking skills with strong analytical abilities
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute and achieve results
