Role OverviewThe Float Pool is a flexible employment opportunity for clerical staff to ensure patient care support staffing needs are always met. The Float Pool associate will be responsible for performing duties consistent with the job description for clerical staff in the medical practice setting.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include assisting with opening the clinic, ensuring patient examination rooms and laboratory areas are ready for daily activity, assisting with patient calls, prescription refills, notification of lab/test results, and scheduling of referral patients, and maintaining a good working relationship with other departments of the hospital.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a clinic setting, be able to work flexible hours, and have excellent patient experience skills.
Requirements
- One year experience in a medical practice setting
- Demonstration of excellent patient experience skills
- Basic computer knowledge
