Job Description
The Clinic Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities of the clinic team members engaged in clinical care for patients. Coordinates with clinic scheduler and surgery scheduler to ensure appropriate management of provider's time, both in clinic and in the operating room. Ensures the continuity of high-level patient care and efficient patient flow by ensuring the healthcare team follows clinical standards of excellent care.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or ability to obtain Registered Orthopedic Technician (ROT) certification
  • One year of experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites
