Role OverviewThe Clinic LVN provides nursing services to participants at the CEI day center under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). The role involves communicating effectively with the day center team and other program staff to ensure participants receive appropriate care.
What You Will Do
Administer medications, monitor and record prescribed treatments, coordinate health-screening programs, and provide teaching, counseling, and health education to participants and family members.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a current California Vocational Nurse License, a minimum of one year acute experience, and experience working with the frail or elderly population. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing
- Current California Vocational Nurse License

- Excellent telephone/customer services skills
- Initiative and flexibility
