Role OverviewMedcor is looking to hire a full-time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as the Clinic Manager in our employer-based occupational health clinic in Rochelle, IL. The Clinic Manager will provide clinical care to employees while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
What You Will Do
The Clinic Manager will assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses, provide first aid, triage, and appropriate treatment, respond to workplace medical emergencies, and coordinate care with outside medical providers. They will also manage daily clinic operations, workflows, scheduling, and logistics, and serve as a trusted healthcare resource for employees and client leadership.

Requirements
- Current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure/certification applicable to the position
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day clinic responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, electronic medical records, and other technology
- Ability to lift a 50-pound emergency response bag
