Job Description
Smile Doctors seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations, drive growth, and ensure patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in a clinical setting.

Requirements

  • 2 years of clinic experience within Smile Doctors or affiliated practice clinic (internal candidates)
  • 2 years of supervisory experience (external candidates)
  • Orthodontic or dental experience preferred
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Immediate proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
