Role Overview

This is a consultative sales leadership role where your primary focus will be converting qualified leads into clients, driving clinic revenue, and coaching others to sales success. You will lead a team of two to five employees to peak performance and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

You will successfully execute established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets, manage all aspects of the sales cycle, and continuously analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
  • Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Comfortable using various computer systems and software
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred
