Job Description
The Clinic Staff Assistant I directly interacts with patients on the phone and/or face-to-face to support the front office operations of the outpatient clinics. This role requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, and the selected candidate will provide coverage and operational support across multiple clinic locations in response to staffing and business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • <1 year of related experience or equivalent
  • Ability to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system
