Job Description
The Clinical Staff Assistant I supports medical front office business operations in an outpatient clinical setting and maintains a patient-centered attitude at all times, demonstrating compassion and empathy for patients and their families.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience required
  • Successful completion of CSA competencies in two (2) clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire
  • Degree in related field and/or related experience preferred but not required
  • Related experience preferred but not required
