Job Description
The Clinical Staff Assistant I directly interacts with patients on the phone and/or face-to-face under direct supervision to support medical front office business operations in an outpatient clinical setting and maintain a patient centered attitude at all times, demonstrating compassion and empathy for patients and their families. This position offers a career ladder based on progressive responsibilities and performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience required
  • Licenses and Certifications: Successful completion of CSA competencies in two (2) clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire
  • Degree in related field and/or related experience preferred but not required.
